Rainie Yang's New Album: Wishing for Happiness

After the release of her successful album "Longing For..." a year ago, Rainie Yang returns with her soft and soothing vocals with her newest album "Wishing for Happiness".

Packed with 11 tracks, the album comes in two different versions, "Smile Once Again" and "No More Tears".

Global Chinese Music Awards 2012 guest list to be revealed in September

SINGAPORE: The organiser of the Global Chinese Music Awards (GCMA) 2012, Singapore Mandarin radio station YES 93.3FM, announced Tuesday that the list of stars turning up for the awards show will be released in September. 

However, it remained tight-lipped about who exactly is coming to the awards ceremony, which is touted as one of the biggest music events in Singapore this year.

YES 93.3FM's Senior Programme Director, Ms Foong Wai See said the GCMA Committee "is working hard to secure big names from across the region" adding that further details will be announced in the upcoming months. 

The annual awards show is the result of a collaboration between seven Chinese music radio stations - Radio Beijing, Radio Guangdong, Radio Television Hong Kong, Shanghai Pop 101, Taiwan POP FM91.7, Malaysia Star RFM988 and Singapore's Y.E.S.93.3FM. 

Tickets to the GCMA 2012, which will be held in Singapore on November 2, are now on sale. 

Cyndi Wang breaks silence on scandal
